AFPA grade inspections have moved into the computer era with the development of a new Quality Management System. The QMS replaces handwritten inspection reports with electronic versions that are easily loadable from the mill site to the main data repository in the AFPA offices.
AFPA Member mill representatives will be able to access this secure, searchable database of their grade information from the revised AFPA website for their information and use in implementing quality controls and standards.

PHYTOSANITARY EXPORT CERTIFICATES
Three certificates have been created to assist companies that ship products that require phytosanitary certification. They are provided in a word document for your download and use.
The
Domestic HT Certificate is to be used only when shipping HT products within Canada. Only needs to be sent with packaging when required by the purchaser. (The form is available below in a Microsoft Word and pdf format)
The
HT Certificate EU only is to be used when exporting HT products offshore to countries that are part of the
European Union. (The form is available below in a Microsoft Word and pdf format)
The HT Certificate Non-EU is to be used when exported HT products offshore to countries other than those that are part of the European Union. (The form is available below in a Microsoft Word and a pdf format)
