Teaching Materials

Alberta’s forests are a sustainable, renewable resource, and Alberta’s children are our province’s greatest resource. Hand in hand, Alberta’s forest products industry works with educational institutions and educational groups to provide quality, factual information for our teachers and educators to use in their classrooms.

Working with and providing funding to Inside Education  the AFPA has long supported bias-balanced educational programming across Alberta to educate Alberta schoolchildren about the multiple values of our forests. We are also pleased to work with them to produce grade-appropriate and curriculum-based information on the forest products industry for teachers.
